XL-1000 ASPHALT SEALER

A high performance sealer designed to extend the life of your asphalt.

Dalton’s XL-1000 is a water-based, resin based sealer that outperforms traditional pavement sealers. XL-1000 is a high performance alternative to coal tar sealers and will provide exceptional coverage, adhesion, durability and color stability.  XL-1000 Meets the following ASTM Criteria:

XL-1000 AE 

A pre mixed, sand fortified rubberized Asphalt Emulsion sealer. Created with polymer additives for long lasting performance and water resiliency. Dries a satin black finish. Reconditions, texturizes, waterproofs.  Coverage rate: 30 to 40 square feet per gallon for two coats.
