Dalton Hot Pour Joint Sealants utilize the latest in products and application testing to deliver the highest quality sealants formulated to perform in a wide range of climatic conditions. We are proud to offer BOXLESS joint sealants which will not only save contractors time and money but it will help the environment as well. Dalton’s line of hot pour sealants have been in the market for over 10 years and have been designed to meet or exceed Federal and State recommendations. Dalton produces DF in both black and now gray for concrete.

Contractors have used our joint sealants for years and love the product.  Even the Air National Guard recently used our PL-200 on their parking lots in Michigan!  If you don't need a full pallet you can always purchase our PL-500 50lb cube here on homedepot.com (comes in two 25lb cubes).

BOXLESS DF

FOR DIRECT FIRE KETTLES 

CRACK-RITE™ Direct Fire ('DF') is a superior quality, hot-applied crack sealant. It consists of a special blend of virgin oils, resins thermoplastic polymer rubber and stabilizers. Crack-Rite™ DF can be heated in direct fired or single walled melted kettles. Will not track or bleed.

BOXLESS PL-100

PARKING LOT SEALANT 

CRACK-RITE™ PL-100 is an economical, single component hot applied crack and joint sealing compound. PL-100 is our hardest rubber offered, with the highest content of crumb rubber for anti-sag properties. PL-100 is ideal for melters with wands. Not recommended for pour pot applications

BOXLESS PL-200

PARKING LOT SEALANT 

CRACK-RITE™ PL-200 is a single component hot applied crack and joint sealing compound similar to PL 100, but with a lower viscosity. PL-200 has a reduced amount of crumb rubber which allows the product flow easier, creating less wear & tear on application pumps. PL-200 is slightly softer than PL-100.

BOXLESS DF-G (GRAY) 

JOINT SEAL DOESN’T NEED TO BE BLACK! 

  • Same performance as black DF
  • Works on concrete AND faded asphalt
  • Great option for customers who don’t want the black contrast on their faded blacktop lot

 

Meets / exceeds ASTM C920-11 Standard Specification for elastomeric sealants, Type s, T1 for pedestrians and vehicular traffic. It is paintable with Acrylic, latex or epoxy coatings

BLACK BEAUTY SAND 

BLACK BEAUTY® aggregate meets sealcoating industry specifications and standards for use in mixing with bulk sealer products and hot pour crack filling applications.

Features of BLACK BEAUTY® :
