Founded in 1945, Dalton Enterprises, Inc. is a family owned business. We are based in Cheshire, CT and have satellite manufacturing / distribution locations throughout the country (FL, CA, WI).  We service the US and worldwide in the commercial, municipal and retail sectors (www.latexite.com is our retail pavement maintenance division). All of our pavement coatings were first developed, applied and tested on federally specified jobs. 100% of our products are Made in the USA, raw materials are sourced locally to each plant and we use high efficiency machinery all in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.  

As the owner and sole manufacturer of the LATEX●ITE® brand of recreational coatings, we are pleased to offer LATEX●ITE® color coatings to the entire United States and Worldwide. We offer full repair and acrylic resurfacing systems for tennis, basketball, pickleball courts and running tracks - asphalt and post tension concrete. We are a proud member of the American Sports Builder's Assocation (ASBA) and our color system is ITF rated.
