LATEX•ITE® Cushion

Latex•ite® Cushion is formulated from a combination of acrylic latex emulsions and specially graded rubber granules.  Latex•ite® Cushion is applied to the asphalt or suitably prepared concrete prior to the application of the Latex•ite® Acrylic Color System.

Our improvements to our cushion product has virtually eliminated all ‘pick up’ and provides a uniform and resilient surface.  New technology has enabled us to add more finely ground rubber which results in a smoother finish with more density.  It does not come with sand and there is no need due to it's formulation.  We offer a regular cushion #1 and our larger is #2.  A quote on usage “We use Cushion #1 up to 3 coats, but when there is a 5 coat system we use two coats of #2 then balance of coats #1.”

SMALL RUBBER GRANULE ACRYLIC CUSHION

The serious players choice - our most resilient cushion surface.  Heavy bodied, resilient undercoating for bituminous concrete or Post tension courts. It consists of small rubber granules suspended in a non pigmented 100% acrylic latex compound. Supplied as a concentrate, it must be mixed with water prior to use.

LARGE RUBBER GRANULE ACRYLIC CUSHION

Heavy bodied, resilient undercoating for bituminous concrete or post tension courts. It consists of large rubber granules suspended in a non pigmented 100% acrylic latex compound. Supplied as a concentrate, it must be mixed with water prior to use.
