PATCH BINDER KIT

3 COMPONENT ACRYLIC CRACK/PATCH KIT

Comprised of a three component system our Patch Binder Kit is comprised of: 100% high strength acrylic latex, Type II portland cement and #80 mesh sand. Exceptional for leveling “bird baths” and repairing minor cracks and surface gouges.  Mix on the job and you are ready to apply.

NOTE:  When this product is shipped there are two pails located within the sand.  One is the liquid latex binder, and the other is Portland cement.  You will want to mix all three- a half at a time.  A drill bit mixer works best to stir the product.

• Coverage: One (1) gallon of mixed emulsion will cover approximately 8-10 linear feet of crack measuring 1/4 in. to 3/4 in. wide by 1 in. deep
• Add more water for thinner consistency / smaller cracks
• Fast drying formula
• Apply directly into clean, dry cracks with a steelhand trowel. Use a squeegee to level ‘birdbaths’
